After Borscht and Chlodnik, we needed something different and luckily our randomizer landed on France! French Onion Soup is one of my very favorites! I just love it.
Ingredients:
- Yellow or vidalia onions
- butter
- Garlic
- Flour
- White wine
- Beef stock
- Worcestershire sauce
- sea salt
- Black pepper
- Baguette
- Grated Gruyere
